Processing times
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of order. Please note that processing times may vary due to high order volumes.

Costs (all prices plus 19% VAT)
Our shipping costs are flat rate and do not include the option of free shipping. The shipping costs are as follows:

Austria
Spain
All other EU countries
The countries mentioned include: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
Shipping restrictions
We do not deliver to islands or overseas regions and do not offer delivery outside the EU.
Consignment tracking
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Customs and import taxes
All orders are dispatched from Germany. There are no additional customs duties or import taxes within the EU. Any additional costs incurred are borne by the customer.
Returns
Returns are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the credit note. If a parcel is not accepted and has to be sent again, the postage will be charged again.
