Kordicept Pu-Erh tea helps to harmonise gastrointestinal function, helps to reduce excess weight, lowers lipid levels, prevents vascular calcification, regulates blood pressure, lowers sugar levels and has a diuretic effect and many other positive effects.

The tea preparation

One tea bag can be used 3-4 times. Immerse it in a glass of hot water for three minutes each time. Then pull out the tea bag and the tea is ready to drink (for the first infusion, immerse the bag in a glass of hot water - no more than 80°C - for a few seconds until the water turns colour). Do not use boiling water. Repeated use reduces the concentration of cordiceps in the tea, so that no sleep disturbances occur in the evening.

Or simply use 1 bag for 1.5 litres of hot water. The tea can also be drunk cold.

Duration of therapy and areas of application of Liuwei Cha Kordicept tea:

• increased lipoid level.
• Diabetes-one therapy cycle or two therapy cycles, one after the other, every three months (blood and urine sugar must be constantly monitored). This tea should be used as a complementary remedy.
• Obesity - one therapy cycle or three therapy cycles, one after the other, a few times a year
• Atheromatosis - one therapy cycle or two therapy cycles, one after the other, a few times a year
• Diseases of the musculoskeletal system - one therapy cycle or three therapy cycles, one after the other, a few times a year
• other diseases - the therapy is determined individually, usually one or two therapy cycles are recommended.

Notes on Liuwei Cha Kordicept tea:

• Before using Fohow preparations containing cordiceps for the first time, it would be advisable to use "Liuwei Phoenix Tea" or other "detoxifying" remedies.
• It is recommended not to drink this tea after 6 pm.
